Wari Chora is a small village situated in the Meghalayan Garo hills enveloped by lush green forests. Located in the deep jungles of the Garo Hills, Wari Chora is nothing short of a paradise. The main attraction of the place is the rafting on the river through a narrow canyon. 

The best time to visit Wari Chora is during the months of November to February when the temperatures range from 15 degrees Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius and there is little or no rain. Closes in June and reopens in November.
