A brief about us
Reify, is a simple travel company, we started our operations in April’2016 and since then we have served our traveler’s with more than 93% accuracy. We have our head office in Noida-Delhi NCR with branch offices in Guwahati and Gangtok.
The registered name of the company is “Reify” and we are registered with Govt. of India and our UAM (Udyog Aadhar Member) no. is UP28D0035677.
Mode of Payment
· Credit / Debit Cards, Net Banking through ICICI-Razorpay Link.
· UPI through Razorpay Link.
· GPAY @ 9811775576 (QR code enclosed).
· IMPS / NEFT /RTGS to our current bank account (details enclosed)
Note :
· For payments through Credit / Debit Cards / Net banking, a link is required to be generated, which will be generated upon request only. 2.5% gateway charges are extra in case of payment through Credit / Debit Cards / Net banking and shall be borne by the payee only not Reify.
· You are advised to go through the final itinerary and quotation for all the inclusions and exclusions. We shall not be able to amend or incorporate the changes once the payment is made to Reify in lieu of the enclosed tour package.
We are the facilitator in respect of your booking. Our responsibilities are set out in, and limited to, these T&Cs.
Booking
· By booking or participating in a tour or/and any related products or services with Reify, the “Tour Operator”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Reify terms and conditions. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants/co-travelers, we will assume that you have the authority to accept and do accept the Reify terms on behalf of the other participants/co-travelers in your group.
· By making a booking with us, you agree and confirm that all passenger details on the booking are full and accurate.
· The person making the booking is at least 18 years old.
· You accept financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all people detailed in the booking.
· Bookings will be considered and confirmed only if the payments are done and realized in full with Reify as per the schedule OR as per the mutual and agreed payment arrangement and are realized.
Accommodation, Transport and Sightseeing
· Once your booking is confirmed, the trip confirmation voucher will be provided from us. Please check your Confirmation voucher carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to us immediately.
· Traveler has the right to verify the trip confirmation voucher provided by Reify and can brought to notice in case of any discrepancy.
· We are responsible for facilitating the proper provision by the applicable Supplier(s) of all the Services included in your holiday package, as set out on your Booking Confirmation.
· The itinerary specifies the type/category/quantity of accommodation (Hotel and Room) and vehicle. The amenities and facilities provided by the hotel(s)/accommodation(s) are not in control of Reify, hence Reify can’t be held responsible or has any liability for the amenities provided in or by the hotel(s). For specific requirements, travelers can get in touch either with the hotel(s)/accommodation(s) directly or contact the office staff of Reify.
· All the activities, sightseeing(s) are as per the mutual understanding and coverage is done in such a manner that the best of the places can be enjoyed as per the travel schedule.
· In case the hotel/room/vehicle is not operational/available due to any reason, Reify shall inform the traveler before the travel start dates and further arrangements will be made as per the mutual understanding and approval of the traveler.
· In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Reify will not be responsible, however we will try our best to offer the alternate options pertaining to the situation.
· Food and Beverages cost will be taken care by the traveler other than specified in the itinerary. For meals included in the package, the menu is generally pre-set as per the hotel/homestay(s)/accommodation internal guidelines and are not in control of Reify. Specific choice of meal may not be available. Travelers are requested to kindly contact the reception of the concerned place of stay for specific choices and arrangements.
· Any amendments/addition/change in the itinerary once the payment is made either in part or full must be notified in the writing formally to Reify. Any cost arises due to the amendments will be borne by the traveler.
· Car/driver details will be provided 01 day prior to travel start date
· Customers should take responsibility for their own luggage. Cab drivers do not provide porter services and cannot be held liable for any such service or loss due to this.
· Any type of entry fee to monuments, museums, parks, sightseeing place is not included in the travel package or cost unless it is specified in the final itinerary.
· Any type of personal expense during the trip shall be borne by the traveler.
· If due to unforeseen circumstances, the traveler has paid for the inclusions already mentioned in the package, refund claims for the included part of the package may be considered and refunded upon submission of proper receipts, provided this was pre-informed to Reify.
Our Limitations
· In case of change in itinerary by traveler without prior information to Reify, Reify will not be liable for any non-delivery of inclusions.
· Package/hotel/inclusions/itinerary will not be entertained in case of any dispute.
· Any type of insurance i.e general/medical/accidental/incidental etc is not included in the travel package and cost.
· Any cost arising due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure cases. Reify shall not be liable for any losses made thereof
· Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not even with all due care, foresee or forestall such as (by way of example and not by way of limitation) war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, and all similar events
· Reify will not be liable for any losses incurred due to any delays made by the customer. Reify will not be responsible for any services revoked from the hotel without prior notice.
· Reify will not be responsible for the loss/damage of any type of personal belongings.
· In case of non-compliance of payment terms, Reify reserves the right to cancel the booking.
· Refunds can only be given against those inclusions which were/are not delivered during the trip.
· The local authorities in certain countries/states may impose additional taxes (tourist tax, etc.), which must be paid locally (e.g., at the hotel). You are responsible for paying such additional taxes.
In case of payment failure
You must pay all amounts due to us on the payment due date specified at the time of booking and in your Booking Confirmation. If we are unable to collect any payment from you on the due date, we will cancel your booking and you will remain liable for the payment of all costs which we have incurred in respect of your booking. Please note that the amount you may be liable for may exceed the amount which you have already paid. In the event of such cancellation, we may charge an administration fee of Rs 5000/- to cover the cost of the collection of any outstanding payments due from you and for the processing of such cancellation.
Flights Bookings and Cancellations:
· Reify does not promote and indulge in flight bookings but can facilitate, however not limited to.
· 100% of the amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets, the flight fares are dynamic in nature.
· The flight fare may or may not change at the time of actual booking.
· If the flight fare(s) is/are increased or decreased by the time payment is realized to Reify, then the same shall be borne by the traveler or the person who is booking the tickets through Reify.
· Reify will not be liable and can’t be held responsible for the changes in the flight prices or for the increased amount at the time of actual booking.
If you change your trip:
If, after the contract between us has come into existence, you want to change your itinerary we will try our best to accommodate your requests, however we cannot guarantee that such changes can be made.
In case the travel dates are changed or postponed, any cost occurred because of the changes/postponed shall be borne by the traveler.
· Trip if not cancelled, can be postponed.
· Postponement of the trip will be valid till 365 days from the start date of the trip cancelled or not availed.
· If the trip is not cancelled and is postponed, no amount will be refundable in case of postponement of the trip whether availed or not in the validity period.
· Postponement may or may not attract charges due to change of season/ hotel/room/cab or any other reason which is beyond our control. The additional charges shall be borne by the traveler.
· Information for the new trip dates must be informed to Reify in writing at least 30 days prior to the revised trip start date.
· The booking on new dates under postponement of the trip will always be subject to the availability to the inclusions as per the original itinerary.
If you cancel your trip:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the information in writing.
Cancellation charges will always be on the total package value/tour cost and not on the amount paid against the total tour cost in case the amount paid to us is less than the total package cost.
Non-Negotiable Cancellation Charges: 5% of the Invoice amount.
· More than 01 month in advance prior to the trip start date: Refund of the paid amount after non-negotiable cancellation Charges.
· Less than 30 days prior to the trip start date: 50% of the paid amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
· Less than 15 days prior to the trip start date: No Refund.
What can’t be refunded?
· 05% of the tour package total cost is fixed and non-negotiable and thus can’t be refunded in any circumstances. It must be respected.
· All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of trip start date or No show will not be refunded.
· No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
· In case hotel or place of accommodation refused to refund or adjust into future booking as per their cancellation policy. Travelers are free to cross verify the same from the place of accommodation.
We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss because of “force majeure”, meaning any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual, perceived or threatened terrorist activity, political disturbance, industrial dispute, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
IMPORTANT NOTE :
· You must conduct yourself in an orderly and acceptable manner and do not disrupt the enjoyment of others. If in the Supplier’s opinion or in the opinion of any other person in authority, your behaviour or that of any member of your party is causing or may cause distress, danger or annoyance to any other customers or any third party, or damage to property, or to cause a delay or diversion to transportation, the Supplier may terminate your booking immediately with no further liability to you. You or your party may also be required to pay for loss or damage caused by your actions and you and each member of your party will be jointly and individually liable for any damage or losses caused. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid directly to the Supplier prior to departure. If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us because of your actions, together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you.
· We cannot be held responsible for the actions or behaviour of other guests or individuals who have no connection with your booking arrangements or with us.
· It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card for hotel stay (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID card/Aadhar card)
· It is advisable to the traveler to know and check the protocols and SOP of the place of visit applied by the local/state/Centre government.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These T&Cs are governed by laws of India and the courts of Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim or other matter which may arise between us. The courts in Uttar Pradesh have the exclusive right to hear and decide any disputes, claims, or legal matters that arise from these T&Cs. This means that if there is a disagreement or legal issue, it must be resolved in a court located in Uttar Pradesh, and not in any other state or country.
