Reify acts as a facilitator in respect of your booking. Our responsibilities are as set out in these Terms & Conditions.
Booking
- By booking or participating in any tour or related service with Reify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of co-travellers, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
- By making a booking, you confirm that all traveller details provided are complete and accurate.
- The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.
- You accept financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all travellers in your group.
- A booking is confirmed only when payments are received by Reify in full or as per the mutually agreed payment schedule.
Accommodation, Transport & Sightseeing
- A trip confirmation voucher will be issued once your booking is confirmed. Please review it carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
- Reify is responsible for facilitating the proper provision of all services included in your holiday package, as confirmed in your Booking Confirmation.
- The itinerary specifies the type, category, and quantity of accommodation and vehicle. Hotel amenities and facilities are outside Reify's control. For specific requirements, travellers may contact the hotel directly or reach out to our team.
- All activities and sightseeing are planned to maximise the best experiences within the travel schedule.
- If a hotel, room, or vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason, Reify will notify the traveller before the trip start date and arrange suitable alternatives with mutual agreement.
- In the event local attractions are closed due to maintenance, weather conditions, government orders, strikes, natural calamities, or other unforeseen reasons, Reify will not be held responsible but will make every effort to offer suitable alternatives.
- Food and beverage costs are the traveller's responsibility unless explicitly included in the itinerary. For included meals, menus are generally pre-set by the accommodation and are not in Reify Travels control. Travelers are encouraged to coordinate directly with the property for specific dietary requirements.
- Any amendments to the itinerary after part or full payment must be notified to Reify in writing. Additional costs arising from such changes will be borne by the traveller.
- Cab and driver details will be shared one day prior to the trip start date.
- Travelers are responsible for their own luggage. Cab drivers do not provide porter services and cannot be held liable for any related service or loss.
- Entry fees to monuments, museums, parks, and sightseeing spots are not included in the package unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
- All personal expenses during the trip are to be borne by the traveller.
- If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a traveller incurs expenses for inclusions already covered in the package, refund claims may be considered upon submission of proper receipts, provided Reify was pre-informed.
Service Commitment & Limitations
- If the traveller makes changes to the itinerary without prior information to Reify, Reify will not be responsible for any resulting non-delivery of inclusions.
- Travel insurance of any kind, general, medical, accidental, or otherwise, is not included in the package cost.
- Reify shall not be liable for any losses arising due to force majeure events, including war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, natural disasters, adverse weather, industrial disputes, or other events beyond our control.
- Reify will not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays caused by the traveller, or for any services revoked by the hotel without prior notice.
- Reify is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings.
- In the event of non-compliance with payment terms, Reify reserves the right to cancel the booking.
- Refunds will only be considered for inclusions that were not delivered during the trip.
- Local authorities in certain regions may levy additional tourist taxes that must be paid locally, for example at the hotel. These are the traveller's responsibility.
Payment Failure
- All amounts due must be paid on or before the due date specified at the time of booking and in your Booking Confirmation.
- If payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled and the traveller will remain liable for all costs already incurred by Reify in relation to the booking. Please note that this liability may exceed the amount already paid.
- In such cases, Reify reserves the right to charge an administration fee of Rs. 5,000 to cover costs associated with the recovery of outstanding dues and processing of the cancellation.
Flight Bookings
- Reify does not primarily deal in flight bookings but can facilitate them upon request.
- 100% payment for flight tickets must be received in advance. Flight fares are dynamic and subject to change.
- Any increase or decrease in flight fares between the time of request and actual booking will be borne by the traveller. Reify is not liable for any changes in airfare.
If You Change Your Trip
Should you wish to modify your itinerary after the booking contract has been established, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes cannot always be guaranteed.
- Any cost incurred due to a change or postponement of travel dates will be borne by the traveller.
- A trip may be postponed, but not cancelled, and the postponement will be valid for up to 365 days from the original trip start date.
- No refund will be issued for a postponed trip, whether or not it is availed within the validity period.
- Postponement may attract additional charges due to seasonal variations, hotel availability, or other factors beyond our control. These charges will be borne by the traveller.
- The request for new dates must be communicated to Reify in writing at least 30 days before the revised trip start date.
- All bookings for new dates under a postponement are subject to availability of the inclusions as per the original itinerary.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. In case of cancellation, you are requested to inform us in writing at the earliest. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the written communication.
Please note that all cancellation charges are calculated on the total package cost and not on the amount paid.
Cancellation Charges
- More than 30 days before trip start date: 5% of the total package cost will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- 15 to 30 days before trip start date: 50% of the total package cost will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Less than 15 days before trip start date: 100% of the total package cost will be charged and no refund will be issued.
In the event of a traveller-initiated cancellation, Reify will make every effort to coordinate with suppliers to secure the maximum possible refund, even if it falls outside the standard cancellation window. We will maintain complete transparency by keeping you informed of all communications with our suppliers. You are also welcome to connect directly with suppliers to verify the status of any refund.
What Cannot Be Refunded
- The 5% non-negotiable cancellation charge is fixed and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- No refund will be given for a no-show on the trip start date.
- No refund will be provided for any unused portion of the tour once the trip has commenced, regardless of circumstances.
- If a hotel declines to refund or adjust against a future booking as per their own cancellation policy, Reify will not be liable. Travelers are free to verify this directly with the accommodation.
Please note that Reify cannot accept liability or pay compensation where performance is prevented or affected by force majeure, meaning any event that we or our service suppliers could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events include, but are not limited to: war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, political disturbance, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather, fire, and acts of God.
If Reify Cancels Your Trip
- If Reify cancels your trip, we will refund the full amount paid without any deductions, provided we fail to deliver the confirmed hotels, room categories, vehicles, or other agreed arrangements.
- If the confirmed arrangements cannot be provided due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, refunds, if any, will be processed by mutual agreement.
- Once the booking and advance payment are made, neither the traveller nor Reify is authorised to unilaterally change the confirmed inclusions.
- Any changes required after the booking by either party will only be made by mutual written agreement and may or may not involve additional costs.
Non-Compliance
- Any failure by Reify to adhere to the agreed itinerary, confirmed bookings, or promised arrangements shall entitle the traveller to withhold pending payments until the issue is resolved to their satisfaction.
- Hotel amenities, facilities, and policies are beyond Reify's direct control. Requests beyond the standard inclusions are subject to the hotel's discretion and may attract additional charges.
- We strongly encourage all travellers to clarify any queries with us before making the booking payment, to ensure complete transparency and alignment.
Important Notes for Travelers
- All travellers are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and respectful manner throughout the trip. Any behaviour that causes distress, endangerment, or annoyance to fellow travellers, third parties, or service providers may result in immediate termination of the booking without further liability. Any damage caused must be paid for directly to the relevant supplier. Failure to do so will render the traveller liable for all resulting claims and legal costs.
- Reify cannot be held responsible for the actions or behaviour of other guests or individuals unconnected with your booking.
- It is mandatory to carry a valid government-issued photo identity document for hotel check-in, such as Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card.
