One gateway, one season, no repeat arrivals
Guwahati or Bagdogra opens onto all of these states in the same travel window — so the long-haul flight happens once, not three times over three separate trips.
Private multi-state Northeast trips from Guwahati and Bagdogra — one planner, no handoffs, for couples, families and small groups.
Before you choose a package
Northeast India is not one continuous sightseeing loop. Meghalaya–Kaziranga, Tawang–Arunachal and Darjeeling–Sikkim use different gateways and involve very different transfer times. The right regional circuit should be chosen before hotels.

Ask us to suggest a routeBest Time To Visit
Northeast India is spread across river plains, rain forests, high mountain passes and Himalayan valleys. The best time depends on the combination you choose — Assam and Meghalaya are easier for longer months, while Arunachal and Sikkim need better road and weather windows.
The most balanced window for combo trips. Kaziranga begins opening, Meghalaya stays fresh after the rains, and Arunachal–Sikkim routes usually offer clearer mountain views.
Best overall seasonA good time for Kaziranga, Shillong, Tawang and Sikkim views. Expect cold weather in Arunachal and Sikkim, with possible snow around higher passes.
Great seasonA beautiful window for Meghalaya, Arunachal and Sikkim. Rhododendrons bloom in the hills, waterfalls begin flowing better, and the weather stays comfortable before heavy rains arrive.
Scenic seasonMonsoon brings heavy rain across Meghalaya, Assam and the mountain routes. Waterfalls are dramatic, but landslides, roadblocks and delays can disturb longer combo itineraries.
Not recommended for long combosOctober to May is the main travel season for Northeast combo trips. October–November gives the best balance of clear skies, open roads and fresh landscapes; December–February is ideal for Kaziranga, winter views and Tawang/Sikkim snow chances; March–May brings spring blooms and comfortable weather. Avoid June to September for long multi-state trips because rain, landslides and road closures can make the route unpredictable.
Operator Insight
A Northeast combo trip can look exciting on paper, but the real difference lies in route order, travel rhythm, entry points, permits, weather windows and how many long drives are packed together. We plan the combination so the trip feels connected — not rushed.
A good Northeast trip is not made by adding more places. It is made by connecting the right places in the right order. We adjust every combo around four things before suggesting the route.
Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal and Sikkim are connected, but not always in a smooth loop. We plan the order carefully so the trip does not become only airport transfers and long road hours.
A 6-day trip should not try to cover what needs 10 or 12 days. We suggest combinations based on the number of nights, so each place gets enough breathing space.
Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Bagdogra or even Shillong can change the whole flow of the trip. Choosing the correct start and end point makes the itinerary smoother.
Arunachal permits, Bumla permissions and high-altitude access need planning. We keep these in mind while designing the route, not after the guest has already reached.
Kaziranga, Meghalaya, Tawang and Sikkim do not follow the same travel rhythm. We match the route to the month, so the main experiences remain practical and enjoyable.
In Northeast trips, the night halt is not just a hotel choice. The right halt can reduce fatigue, protect sightseeing time and make the next morning’s drive easier.

Traveller Stories
These reviews matter because they show route judgement, on-trip support and traveller-specific planning across multi-state journeys.
We planned for 10 days — Tawang, Shillong, Cherrapunji, Kaziranga and Guwahati. Wonderful stay arrangement done by Nikita mam and great support by Krishna Bhaiya our taxi driver. Journey ends with flying colours.
Excellent trip with all amazing places covered. The driver was excellent and accommodative. Nikita Chauhan's meticulous planning and the choice of hotels was excellent — especially given we were pure vegetarian.
Excellent & trouble free journey. Comfortable stay in all destinations. Worth for money. Kamal Das, our driver for 7 days, was very soft spoken. Thanks to Aman who designed our tour — we discovered entire Arunachal in a week.
The Meghalaya and Sikkim combo was everything we hoped for. Reify handled the flight connection, the permits, the hotels — we never had to think about logistics. Just showed up and enjoyed.
First time in Northeast and Reify made it seamless. Tawang was breathtaking, Kaziranga was incredible, Cherrapunji was unlike anything I have ever seen. One planner for all three states — that made all the difference.
Reify had everything sorted before we landed. The East Himalaya Circuit was spectacular — Gurudongmar and Darjeeling in the same trip feels impossible but it worked perfectly.

Plan With A Route Expert
Tell us your travel month, number of days and group size. We will suggest the most practical private Northeast route — whether it is Meghalaya with Kaziranga, Arunachal with Assam, or a longer Sikkim and Darjeeling circuit.
Getting there
Northeast combo trips usually start and end at one of three airports, depending on the route. Reify arranges pickup and drop at every gateway, so the only thing you book separately is your flight in.
The primary gateway for Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya. Direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune. Most combo trips start and end here.
The gateway for Sikkim and Darjeeling, near Siliguri in West Bengal. Direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata. For Meghalaya & Sikkim combos, the routing is Guwahati first, then a flight to Bagdogra.
The entry point for Eastern Arunachal — Roing, Namsai and Anini. For trips combining Western and Eastern Arunachal, the standard routing is Guwahati in, Dibrugarh out.
Guwahati Railway Station connects to Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. New Jalpaiguri (NJP) is the railhead for Darjeeling and Sikkim. Reify arranges private transfers from both stations.
